German Star snubs Chelsea for AS Roma

Chelsea have reportedly had a dent in their pursuit of German defender Antonio Rudiger.

The German international has been linked with a move to the Premier League with Chelsea in recent weeks.

However, the 22-year-old, who is an avid Arsenal fan, has revealed that he will finalize his move to the Giallorossi in the coming days, having undergone a successful medical.

"Roma is a great team and in Rudi Garcia they have a great coach.I don't know a single player whose dream is not to play in the Champions League," he told SID. 

"I think with Roma I have found the perfect club for me to get experience in international competitions."
