West Brom reject Spurs bid for Berahino

West Bromwich Albion have rebuffed a formal bid from Tottenham Hotspur for striker Saido Berahino.

The Burundian-born striker was in sensational form for the Baggies last term, as he netted 20 goals in all competitions.

Chairman Jeremy Peace has now revealed that the Midlands outfit are in no rush to offload their star asset, and are most likely to keep hold of him for the ongoing campaign.

Tottenham Hotspur are expected to up their bid for the talented striker in the coming days.
