Liverpool line up bid for Denis Cheryshev

Liverpool are expected to come up with a deadline day offer for Russian international Denis Cheryshev, according to reports.

The 24-year-old wants a fresh challenge away from Real Madrid having struggled to earn sufficient first-team football.

Metro claims that the Reds have begun talks with Real for the talented winger, who had previously attracted interest from Valencia.

Cheryshev has spent the past two seasons on loan with Sevilla and Villareal respectively.
