William Carvalho hints at Arsenal move?
Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho has hinted that he would consider a switch to Arsenal at some point in the future.
The 23-year-old has been long linked with a switch to the Emirates, and a transfer could have happened over the summer, had he not suffered a knee injury.
Carvalho has now revealed that he will remain at Sporting until he completes his goal of securing a Primeira Liga title for the club.
He added that Arsenal remain his dream club and he is a huge fan of former Gunners legend Thierry Henry.
"I am where I want to be right now, which is Sporting, but if I ever do leave then it's a sign that my work here was well done. I dream of winning the Primeira Liga here," he told Portuguese source A Bola.
"I prefer not to say too much, but there is a club with which I've always been fond of: Arsenal. Because of Thierry Henry, a player with whom I have always enjoyed watching. "
Premier League giants Liverpool and Chelsea have also been linked with the player's services in recent months.
