Nuri Sahin to Liverpool?

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin has been linked with a possible return to Liverpool in the winter transfer window.

The 27-year-old struggled to settle at the Reds during a loan spell during 2012/13 season, and opted to move on during the second half of the campaign.

The Turkey international has played under Jurgen Klopp under two separate spells, and HITC cites that the German head coach could seek a reunion with his former player at Anfield.

Sahin made just nine appearances as he suffered a number of injuries during a forgettable campaign for the Dortmund giants last term.
