Tottenham Hotspur lead Demarai Gray chase

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly heading the race to land Birmingham City starlet Demarai Gray.

The 19-year-old had been linked with a move abroad over the summer with German giants Bayern Munich assumed to be interested in his services.

However, a report from The Sun now cites that Spurs have become front-runners to land the youngster's signature following their scouting mission.

It is added that the North Londoners will begin the bidding process with the likes of Everton and Leicester City having also been credited with interest for the talented teenager.

Gray has made over 60 appearances for the Championship side till date.
