Belgian international Kevin Mirallas is reportedly considering a January exit from Everton due to fears of missing out on next summer's European championships.

The 28-year-old has struggled to hold onto a starting place in the Everton setup this term mainly due to a series of injuries.

According to The Express, the talented winger is concerned over his place with the national side for Euro 2016, and this may tempt him to review his situation in the winter transfer window.

Mirallas signed a new deal at Goodison Park over the summer.
