Southampton want Juan Quintero

Southampton are reportedly exploring a winter deal for Porto attacker Juan Quintero.

The Colombian international is currently plying his trade on loan at French side Rennes.

Quintero has been on the radar of several clubs in recent months, but according to The Mail, Ronald Koeman's side will launch a £16m bid for the player in the January transfer window.

The 22-year-old, who has earned 13 caps with his national side, is thought to have been tracked by the Saints on numerous occasions this term.
