Aston Villa plot Charlie Austin move

Premier League strugglers Aston Villa are planning a winter move for Queens Park Rangers hotshot Charlie Austin.

The 26-year-old turned down a move to the top tier over the summer as he was focused on earning promotion with the Hoops in the first coming.

However, the West London side have struggled in the Championship, and this has led to suggestions that Austin may seek a fresh challenge in the New Year.

According to The Mail, the Villans are prepared to go all out to land the talented attacker as they seek to escape the relegation battle in the second half of the campaign.
