West United in talks with Chelsea target

Boca Juniors striker Jonathan Calleri could be heading to the Premier League with West Ham United, according to reports.

The 22-year-old has recently revealed via twitter that he could be on his way to Europe with a top club.

The likes of Chelsea and Inter Milan have been linked with the player's services in recent weeks, but according to Calciomercato, the Hammers are looking to beat their rivals by lodging an early winter bid.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is expected to reinforce his attacking options in the New Year following long-term injuries to Dimitri Payet, Diafra Sakho, and Victor Moses.

Calleri has netted 10 goals in 19 appearances this season.
