Man Utd to sign Marquinhos?

Manchester United are reported to be readying a late bid for Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos.

The Brazil international has struggled to nail down a regular role at Les Parisiens this term, and this has led to suggestions that he may seek pastures new in the summer.

However, French sources state that the Red Devils could look to lure the 21-year-old to Old Trafford before the transfer window shuts on Monday.

It is added that the Mancunian giants will offer a fee of around £15m for the central defender, who has previously been linked with Barcelona.

Marquinhos has made just eight league starts for Les Parisiens this season.
