Watford to sign Jerome Sinclair?

Watford are expected to complete the signing of Liverpool striker Jerome Sinclair before Monday's transfer deadline.

The 19-year-old has failed to make the cut to the Reds' first-team in spite of impressing at the Under-21 level.

According to The Star, the Hornets are prepared to pay a fee of around £3m to prise away the talented youngster from Merseyside this month.

The report adds that the club are also closing in on a permanent move for Fiorentina enforcer Mario Suarez.

Quique Flores' side are currently 10th in the Premier League with 32 points.
