Liverpool confident of Balotelli sale

Liverpool are confident of offloading flop striker Mario Balotelli at the end of the season.

The Italy international struggled to firm a regular place at Liverpool, and was shipped out on loan to AC Milan this season.

However, his spell at the San Siro has not been much different with injuries hampering his return to the first-team.

Sources now suggest that the Merseyside outfit will listen to offers for the 25-year-old once he returns from his temporary stint this summer.

It is added that manager Jurgen Klopp has not kept tabs on the player as he has made his mind up on recruiting a new marksman.

Balotelli is regarded as a top transfer target for several clubs from the Chinese Super League.
