Man Utd interested in Alex Sandro

Manchester United have reportedly enquired on the availability of Juventus defender Alex Sandro with a view to a summer bid for his services.

The 25-year-old linked up with the Old Lady from Porto last summer, and has since then been restricted to just eight starts in the Serie A.

Calciomercato understands that the Red Devils have made an approach for the Brazilian as they seek to provide ample competition to the likes of Luke Shaw and Marcus Rojo for the left-back role next term.

The talented full-back has earned six caps with the Brazilian national side.
