Manuel Neuer to Man City?

Incoming Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola will look to lure goalkeeper Manuel Neuer from Bayern Munich in the summer.

The World Cup winner has played an influential role in the club's progress into a top European outfit.

A report from The Mirror understands that Guardiola is eager to replace Joe Hart with a new shot-stopper who is comfortable with the ball at his feet.

It is added that Neuer would be the Spaniard's first-choice given his experience as a sweeper-keeper for club and national level.

Neuer has amassed over 225 appearances for the Bavarian giants since his switch from Schalke in 2011.
