Inter Milan ready Candreva bid

Serie A side Inter Milan are hot on the chase for Lazio midfielder Antonio Candreva, Tuttosport reveals. The Nerazzurri have been long linked with a move for the Italy international.

Candreva has developed into an important first-team member at the Capital outfit, but the lack of progress is likely to tempt to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere.

Tuttosport understands that the Nerazzurri will start with an initial £16m bid for the talented playmaker, although Lazio are holding out for £21m for their star asset.

The 29-year-old is also said to have attracted interest from Chelsea and Barcelona.

Candreva has notched 42 goals and 44 assists for Lazio since his move from Udinese in 2012.
