Jeffers joins Sheff Wed

Francis Jeffers has become a Sheff Wed player this afternoon after completing his transfer from Blackburn. The 26-year old has joined for a fee said to be around £700,000.

The former Arsenal striker is the all time leading U-21 scorer and will be keen to get his career back on track after a series of unsuccessful spells.
