Man Utd approach for French wonderkid

Manchester United have held initially negotiations with Bordeaux to bring midfielder Adam Ounas to Old Trafford this summer. The 19-year-old featured in 28 games for the French outfit as they finished 11th in Ligue 1 last season.

The Red Devils are looking to bring in yet another French prospect following the success of young striker Anthony Martial during the recently concluded campaign.

According to The Mirror, the Mancunian giants have made an enquiry over Ounas' availability following a positive report on his progress.

Ounas has still three years left on his existing deal, but the prospect of playing in the Premier League could well lure him to Manchester ahead of the new season.

Bordeaux are likely to demand a fee in excess of £30m for their rising star.
