Forrest signs new three year deal

Celtic winger James Forrest has signed a new year three year deal which will keep him at at the club until 2019. 

Forrest joined the Celtic Academy in 2003 and progressed through the ranks before making his debut in the 2009-10 season. He has progressed to become a key player in the side the past few seasons and manager Brendan Rodgers will be delighted that has renewed his contract for an additional three years at least. 

Forrest has played at every youth level for making and his made senior debut in on the 29th of May 2011 in a match against the Republic of Ireland. He won 13 caps for the Scotland U-19 side scoring 2 goals, while he also won 4 caps for the U-21 side. Forrest has won 13 caps with the senior Scottish side to date.
