West Brom undecided on Chamakh move

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis is expected to buy his time before deciding on whether to sign trialist Marouane Chamakh. The former Arsenal man is a free agent after he was released from Crystal Palace at the end of last season.
The Morocco international linked up with the Baggies for the trial earlier in the month after Pulis placed emphasis of building up the squad with out-of-contract players.
Chamakh has been training with the Baggies for somewhile, and the 58-year-old feels that he could earn a short-term contract provided he will back upto full fitness.
"Chamakh has got real quality in that 10 position and he can score goals but we will see. It would be lovely to think that in a month's time he could be at the level he was at Palace," he told the Express & Star.
The 32-year-old striker had previously plyed his trade under Pulis during his spell at Selhurst Park.
