Crystal Palace interested in Schneiderlin

Crystal Palace are planning a winter swoop for out-of-favour Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin. The France international has earned just ten minutes of league football this term.

The 26-year-old has not had much success since his move from Southampton in the summer of 2015.

According to The Mirror, the Red Devils are prepared to offload Schneiderlin in the New Year, should they receive about half of what they paid for his services last term. (£25m)

The Eagles are for now favourites to sign the midfield anchorman with Alan Pardew keen on a reunion with a player he previously managed at St.Mary's.

Pardew worked alongside Schneiderlin in the 2009-10 season when the Saints were featuring in the third tier of English football.

Schneiderlin has appeared in just two league outings for Manchester United this term whilst he has also lost his place with the France national side.
