Luke Shaw to fight for Man Utd place

Manchester United full-back Luke Shaw is set to fight for his position at Old Trafford despite his recent struggles to make the starting line-up.

The England international has made 13 appearances for the Red Devils this season, but his future is still uncertain following a rift with Jose Mourinho.

According to The Sun, the 21-year-old is willing to stay put with the Mancunian giants, even if it means to compete for a place on the left side of the defence.

The left-back is a potential loan target for Crystal Palace, but he is for now content to battle for his United future.

Shaw has managed just 40 outings for Manchester United till date with a horrific double leg fracture keeping him out for much of the previous campaign.
