Adam Lallana news

Lallana not thinking of Liverpool exit

Liverpool playmaker Adam Lallana has insisted that he has no ambition of joining French giants Paris Saint-Germain in the future. The England international has emerged as a transfer target for Les Parisiens following his bright start to the Premier League campaign.

Lallana has managed to make himself a regular for both Liverpool and England over the past year, and his performances have captured the attention of Les Parisiens.

While being asked on the speculation, the 28-year-old assured that he remains committed to the Merseyside giants, and has no thought of linking up with the big spenders in France.

"I love it here at the minute, especially since the manager has come in," he told Sky Sports News.

"We have each other's trust and you don't always get that at clubs. The thought of leaving Liverpool has never entered my mind.

"It's a great compliment to be spoken of in the same breath as a club like PSG with those sorts of numbers. But I'm absolutely loving my football at the minute under this boss and I can only see myself being here for the long term."

Lallana, who has recently recovered from a groin strain, has notched five goals and three assists for Liverpool, who are placed third in the league standings.
