Chelsea ace accepts China offer
Chelsea midfielder Oscar is on the verge of joining Chinese Super League Shanghai SIPG on a £60m deal. The Brazil international has confirmed that the move is 90 percent done.
Reports emerged on Tuesday that the Blues had received a £60m offer from SIPG for Oscar, who has been a bench warmer in recent months.
The Blues have since accepted the transfer sum from the Chinese outfit, and the Brazilian acknowledged his association with the West London giants will come to an end next month.
He told SporTV: "It's 90 per cent right. It's just depends on some bureaucratic details."
Oscar has been a fringe player for the Blues this season with Antonio Conte sticking with a settled XI for most of the campaign. Despite his young age, the 25-year-old has opted to join the Chinese Super League where he would earn a bumper salary package.
