Chelsea plan new contract for Eden Hazard

Chelsea are planning to reward Eden Hazard with a new contract in order to ward off interest from European rivals Real Madrid.
The Bernabeu giants are said to be hot on the trail of the attacker with speculation emerging that the Belgian has already begun house-hunting in the Spanish capital.
However, a report from The Mirror suggests that the Blues will fend off any interest from Los Blancos by offering Hazard with a new long-term deal.
The Belgian international is currently on a £200,000-a-week at Stamford Bridge, and the Blues are prepared to offer a significant pay rise to make him one of the Premier League's highest earners alongside Paul Pogba.
Manchester United's Pogba is currently the most paid player in the top flight with a salary package of around £290,000-a-week.
Hazard, who has netted 11 goals for Chelsea during the ongoing campaign. is currently nursing a calf problem which will keep him out for the league clash against Crystal Palace on April 1.
