Arsenal star weighing up Liverpool move?
Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could make a surprise switch to league rivals Liverpool in the summer, The Mail reports.
The England international has been in sublime form for the Gunners over the past month after his switch to the right wing-back role.
However, despite this, his future remains uncertain beyond the summer as he has yet to extend his contractual terms beyond June 2018.
According to The Mail, the former Saints graduate could jump at the opportunity of joining Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool despite his recent commitment towards the north London club.
The Ox, as he is commonly dubbed, has been restricted to regular gametime over the past few years, and this is one of the reasons behind his reluctance to prolong his Gunners stay.
On the other hand, the Three Lions star is also said to want the central midfield position and this is something which is far from guaranteed with the FA Cup finalists.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has provided six goals and 11 assists across all competitions for Arsenal this term.
