Premier League trio set to battle for Fenerbahce wonderkid Oguz Kagan Guctekin
Arsenal and Tottenham are set to join Manchester City, who have already seen a bid rejected by Fenerbahce, for 18-year-old wonderkid Oguz Kagan Guctekin.
The youngster was recently promoted to Fenerbahce senior side but Manchester City had already been scouting Kagan during his time in the Turkish club's youth set up. A defensive midfielder, he has been compared to last season's PFA Player of the Year N'Golo Kante.
Fenerbahce's president Aziz Yildirim recently admitted that the club had turned down an offer from Manchester City. He was quoted by the Sun saying: "Manchester City have made a €5m offer for him. We turned down the offer. We gave assurances that he will play this season, do not be surprised to see him in the starting 11 as a number eight."
However, this has not stopped more clubs from entering the picture to sign Kagan. According to the Sun, London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham are set to battle Manchester City for the young Turkish player.
