Martial on Bayern Munich radar

German champions Bayern Munich have become the latest club to express an interest in signing Anthony Martial from Manchester United in the summer.

The Frenchman's future at Old Trafford has come under intense speculation in recent months with both Alexis Sanchez and Marcus Rashford being preferred ahead of him for a regular role.

According to Calciomercato, the Bavarian giants have joined the pursuit of the former AS Monaco man, who is also said to be of interest to Juventus, Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan.

Martial will enter the final year of his contract during the summer, and United may be tempted to accept a bargain price for the Frenchman, who has dropped down the pecking order.

United do have the option of a 12-month extension clause on his contract, but they may not want to keep hold of a player, who does not give his fullest for the side. Martial was only a substitute in the club's shock 1-0 defeat to West Brom on Sunday.
