Belgian football expert provides fresh update on Lukaku's injury

Belgian football expert Kristof Terreur has revealed that Romelu Lukaku's ankle injury is only a minor one and he could return to first-team action ahead of the FA Cup final versus Chelsea.
The 24-year-old suffered the problem during the second half of United's 2-1 win over Arsenal and he instantly signalled towards the bench to make a substitution.
Despite this, he does not appear to have suffered a major issue and he could be in line to face off against his former employers this month. Terreur tweeted: "First diagnosis of Romelu Lukaku’s ankle injury: not one that will keep him out for weeks. A scan still has to confirm it, though."
Lukaku has been United's leading goalgetter this season with 29 goals across all competitions and his recovery would unquestionably provide a huge boost ahead of the Cup final.
The Belgian managed to end his lean streak against the top-six by scoring against Chelsea earlier this year and he could now have the opportunity to guide United to their second FA Cup success in three seasons.
