Manchester United target Maguire has no buy-out clause
Leicester City defender Harry Maguire has no buy-out clause in his new contract with the club, according to Sky Sports News.
The England international signed a new five-year deal with Leicester earlier this month, keeping him at the club until 2023.
With no buy-out clause in the new deal, it will be difficult for any side to acquire Maguire from the 2016 Premier League champions.
Manchester United were very interested in the player during the last transfer window, but a move never materialised.
It is not yet known if United will return for the former Hull City man in January with Jose Mourinho's side still shaky at the back, despite improving in the last two games.
The England World Cup star has been a regular for Leicester this season, having played in all five Premier League games so far.
Leicester are currently in eleventh position in the league after collecting 6 points from five games.
They lost their last game against AFC Bournemouth by four goals to two, but will have the opportunity to return to winning ways when they face Huddersfield Town next weekend.
