Aaron Ramsey could leave Arsenal next summer as contract talks break down
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey appears likely to leave the club when his current contract expires at the end of the 2018/19 season.
The Wales international has been in contract talks with the Gunners since the turn of the year and he is understood to have previously turned down an opening offer from the club.
Since then, the Gunners hierarchy are said to have made efforts to prolong the midfielder's stay beyond the current campaign but according to The Mirror, that appears unlikely to happen anymore.
As per the publication, the club have reached a complete breakdown in talks over an extension with Ramsey and he is now expected to leave the club when his contract expires.
Arsenal are deemed to have rebuffed a £50m offer for Ramsey during the summer transfer window but it remains to be seen whether any elite club will make an approach for a mid-season sale.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Lazio have been keeping tabs on the midfielder's developments since the summer and The Mirror claims that Juventus have recently joined the pursuit of the Welshman.
