AC Milan interested in signing Liverpool midfielder
Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has reportedly emerged as a potential target for AC Milan ahead of the forthcoming winter transfer window.
Fabinho left Monaco to join the Reds during the summer but he has since taken time to establish himself with with just eight appearances in all competitions.
Owing to this, there has been plenty of speculation regarding his future at Anfield and according to Corriere dello Sport, the Rossoneri are looking into a probable winter move for the midfielder.
Milan acquired the signature of Tiemoue Bakayoko on a loan-cum-buy option from Chelsea during the summer but the Frenchman has not managed to make a major impression over the past months.
Meanwhile, Fabinho still has more than four years remaining on his existing deal with the Reds and Milan could at best pursue a loan move for his signature amid their recent concerns regarding the Financial Fair Play.
Fabinho started his third Premier League game on the bounce against Fulham last weekend where the Reds secured a comfortable 2-0 triumph to jump to second in the standings.
