Tottenham join race to sign top Premier League target

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly prepared to compete with the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal in the race to sign Franck Kessie at the end of the season.
The 22-year-old has been with the Rossoneri for only 18 months but he has become an integral part of their setup and featured in 21 of their 23 league games this term.
Chelsea and Arsenal have recently been credited with an interest in the midfielder amid suggestions that Milan could be forced to sell to meet the Financial Fair Play requirements.
However, according to Sportmediaset, Spurs are likely to make an approach of their own with Mauricio Pochettino an admirer of the Ivory Coast international.
Kessie, who has a contract with the Rossoneri until the end of the 2020-21 season, has netted eight goals in his 81 appearances since arriving at San Siro.
He has been identified as a probable replacement for Mousa Dembele, who made way from Spurs to join Guangzhou in the Chinese Super League last month.
