Chelsea identify Roma ace to replace Eden Hazard?

Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly looking into a move for Roma's Cengiz Under as they seek to replace Eden Hazard at the end of the season.
The Blues are bracing themselves for a summer approach from Real Madrid for Hazard, who has openly revealed his ambition of joining the European champions.
As such, the west London side are already looking into probable options to bolster the attacker and Turkish Football claims that Under is one of those on their summer wishlist.
The Turkey international, who has previously been on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, has impressed for the Giallorossi this term while contributing towards 12 goals in the Serie A and Champions League.
He has more than three remaining on his existing contract with the club and Roma are expected to demand a fee in the region of £45m to consider his sale at the end of the campaign.
