Paris Saint-Germain planning £60m bid for Arsenal's emerging midfielder
French giants Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to test Arsenal's resolve in the summer with a tempting £60m for the services of Matteo Guendouzi.
The teenager arrived at the north London club from Lorient during the sunmer after the Gunners a fee of around £7m to lure him from French minnows Lorient.
The midfielder has since become an integral part of the Gunners first-team and has already made over 30 appearances across all competitions under manager Unai Emery.
According to The Express, Les Parisiens are keeping a close watch on the proceedings of the Moroccan-born star and they could make an approach at the end of the campaign.
It is added that the French champions could make a significant offer of around £60m in order to find a breakthrough with the Gunners and open contract talks with the 19-year-old.
Paris Saint-Germain were previously keen on signing Guendouzi in the summer but he chose to head to the Emirates instead. He is presently being earmarked as a successor to Adrien Rabiot, who is expected to leave on a free in four months' time.
