Chelsea star 'determined' to join Real Madrid
Eden Hazard is reportedly 'determined' to make the switch to Real Madrid from Chelsea during this summer's transfer window.
The Belgian's current deal with the Blues expires at the end of next season and this has increased the speculation regarding his future with the club.
According to The Guardian, the reigning European champions have made an opening proposal for the attacker shortly after Zinedine Zidane was reappointed as their head coach.
The report adds that the Belgian is likewise open to making the move to the Bernabeu, although he won't come on the cheap when the transfer window reopens.
Chelsea are currently said to value Hazard in the region of £100m and they are likely to demand something around that figure despite the Belgian's contract expiring in 16 months' time.
Hazard is presently enjoying his most productive season in the Premier League and he has already amassed 13 goals and 11 assists in the 29 matches to date.
