Everton plan shock move for ex-Liverpool target
Everton are reportedly being linked with a surprise move to sign former Liverpool target Nabil Fekir from Lyon during the summer.
The 25-year-old was on the cusp of joining the Reds ahead of the 2018 World Cup but concerns over his injury record meant that the move was scuppered at the final hurdle.
According to Calciomercato, the Toffees have now set their sights on signing the France international, whose contract with Les Gones expires at the end of next season.
Fekir has spent his entire career with the French outfit and he has contributed 69 goals and 44 assists in 184 appearances for the club in all competitions.
He has remained quiet regarding the speculation over his future but club president Jean-Michel Aulas has recently admitted that the attacker could part ways with the side when the season concludes.
Chelsea and Real Madrid have also been linked with the Frenchman since the turn of the year, though neither have made a formal attempt to pursue the attacker's services.
