Tottenham Hotspur ready to offload Kieran Trippier?
Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly sanction the sale of Manchester United and Everton target Kieran Trippier in the summer as they aim to strengthen the right-back position.
The England international has endured a mixed campaign by his standards in the Premier League and there are doubts whether he has a long-term future at the club.
According to The Mirror, Spurs are prepared to welcome the growing interest in the 28-year-old this summer as they are aiming to pursue a new right-sided defender.
Crystal Palace's Aaron Wan-Bissaka has recently been identified as the prime choice to bolster the right side of the club's defence, but Spurs are likely to consider the sale of Trippier first to boost their finances.
Wan-Bissaka is currently valued at around £45m and reports indicate that they could recoup about half of the sum from the potential sale of Trippier in the summer.
Everton and Manchester United are understood to be in the running to sign the former Burnley man but they could face fresh competition from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
