Barcelona confident of landing Manchester United star?
Barcelona are reportedly plotting a big-money move to sign Marcus Rashford from Manchester United during the summer transfer window.
The England international has racked over 150 appearances for United since graduating through the youth ranks, but his future remains under uncertainty for the future.
According to The Sun, the Red Devils have yet to find a breakthrough with respect to a new deal with the attacker and the Blaugrana are prepared to take advantage, should there be a breakdown in discussions.
Rashford is currently contracted to United until the summer of 2020 but they have the option of prolonging his stay for another 12 months by triggering an extension clause available.
Still, the club are unlikely to take the chance to reduce his overall valuation and reports indicate that the Blaugrana could be prepared to pay as much as £100m to land the 21-year-old.
Rashford has netted 13 times for the Red Devils this term. He has, however, been disappointing of late and has drawn in the past five appearances for the side in all competitions.
