Riise: I'll leave Liverpool

Liverpool defender John Arne Riise has admitted for the first time that he will probably leave the club in the summer. Newcastle and Aston Villa have been linked with Riise; and the player has confessed that he is most certainly interested in a move elsewhere.

Riise told the Norwegian media: "I am not happy with the situation.

“I am used to playing in 80 per cent of all the games, but if I don't get to play as much as I want to I have to make a choice this summer as to whether I should stay or not.

"I just have to wait and see what will happen.

"Maybe he [Benitez] will offer me a new contract, maybe not. It's frustrating not knowing if you
