Chelsea star to join Barcelona in the summer?

Willian will reportedly make the switch to Barcelona when his contract with Chelsea expires at the end of the campaign.

The Brazilian has been a regular under Frank Lampard this term but he has yet to receive the proposal of a new deal from the Blues. 

Barca were indeed keen on landing his signature in January but they were unable to convince the Blues to accept a £20m package for the attacker.

According to Marca, the Catalan giants are expected to revisit their interest in the near future, given they can finalise a pre-contract deal with the winger.

Willian has been on the Blaugrana's radar since the summer of 2018 but the Blues have turned down a number of transfer offers for his services.

He is supposedly keen on a two-year contract extension with the club but so far, the Blues have been reluctant to discuss a renewal with the focus on pursuing younger players at the end of the season.
