Chelsea boss to be handed with mega summer budget?
Chelsea manager Frank Lampard will reportedly be handed with a £150m transfer budget to spend on new signings in the summer.
The Blues boss had hoped to strengthen the squad with an attacking reinforcement last month but that was not the case with the board failing to convince any of their prime targets to join them.
As a result, Lampard is said to be frustrated with the lack of business but the hierarchy are prepared to back him with a £150m transfer kitty for the summer, Evening Standard claims.
Pedro and Olivier Giroud are expected to leave the club when their contracts expires in the summer and the same could be the case with Willian unless a renewal is agreed in the next four months.
Lyon's Moussa Dembele and Leicester City's Ben Chilwell are among the prime targets for Lampard for the summer but reports claim that the club could also attempt to make a club-record bid for Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.
