Willian provides new update on his Chelsea future

Chelsea winger Willian has said that there has been no progress in the contract talks with the Blues.

The Brazilian's current deal expires in the summer and so far, the hierarchy have been reluctant to meet his demands for a three-year contract.

Speaking to ESPN, Willian indicated that he has no idea regarding his future with the Blues. He added that he has not been in contact with any other side regarding a free transfer.

"I still don't know. There's nothing with any team. There's no offer from any team. My negotiation for now is with Chelsea. Chelsea offered me two, I demanded three, and it stopped there. There's nothing much," he told.

Willian has recently been in fine form with goals in back-to-back games for the west London giants. He has contributed seven goals and six assists for the Blues in all competitions this term.

Aside from Willian, the likes of Pedro and Olivier Giroud are also in the final months of their respective contracts but the latter has recently hinted that he would be open to signing an extension.
