Arsenal express interest in Chelsea target?
Arsenal have reportedly joined Chelsea in the race to sign Moussa Dembele from Lyon during this summer's transfer window.
The Frenchman has been in impressive form for his club this season and he has contributed 22 goals from 42 appearances in all competitions.
Over the past few weeks, the Blues have been strongly linked with a move for the former Celtic man but Le 10 Sport claims that they could face stiff competition from their London rivals.
The Gunners could part ways with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang amid his reluctance to sign a new contract and Dembele has been earmarked as a possible replacement for the Gabon international.
Aubameyang, who has less than 16 months remaining on his contract, is valued at around £50m. Les Gones are said to demand around £73m for Dembele and the majority of the sum could be recouped from Aubameyang's sale.
Arsenal are currently ninth in the league standings with 40 points on the board. They are presently five points behind Manchester United, who are holding onto the final Champions League spot.
