Barcelona keen on signing 20-goal Arsenal star?
Barcelona have reportedly earmarked Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as an alternative target, should they miss out on the services of Lautaro Martinez.
The Catalan giants have been heavily tipped to sign Martinez from Inter this summer, but they are yet to place a serious offer on the table.
Inter are reluctant to part ways with the marksman unless any club comes to close to the £100m release clause and Gianluca di Marzio claims that the Blaugrana may have to look elsewhere.
The Italian journalist added that Aubameyang is one of the back-up targets on the club's radar and they could prise him away from the Gunners for a relatively cheap fee.
The Gabon international has only 12 months remaining in his existing deal with the Gunners and reports claim that they could sanction his sale for a fee of around £30m this summer unless he renews his contract.
Aubameyang was previously the subject of an approach from the Blaugrana in January but the Gunners knocked back the advances. He has been in fine form for the club with 20 goals this term.
