Skrtel delighted to make semis

Slovakian defender Martin Skrtel has expressed his delight after finally seeing the back of Arsenal in the Champions League. Liverpool defeated the Gunners 5-3 on aggregate, and the Liverpool defender admitted he was delighted that the Anfield giants came out the better of the two over the three games.
"The first leg played in London was crucial. They were better than us but we did not lose," Skrtel told Pravda.
"In such games you cannot look to play beautiful football, the result is decisive.
"For some time from now I don't want to see Arsenal, not even on TV, I am fed up with them for a year on.
"It is not easy to play against such players, to defend against them. The games were very tough in terms of fitness and mentally. I am glad they are behind us."
