Chelsea defender Emerson has reportedly agreed personal terms with Inter Milan ahead of his proposed move to the Serie A outfit this summer.

The left-back made 21 appearances for the Blues last term, but the majority of those outings came during the first half of the campaign.

He is expected to be sold by the Blues, who are planning to recruit a new left-back and he appears likely to join the Nerazzurri.

According to Calciomercato, he has already agreed to a contract with the Italian giants, but the transfer fee needs to be finalised.

The Blues want around £25m for the Italy international, but the Nerazzurri are aiming to negotiate a lesser price of around £18m for his transfer.

Frank Lampard's side are likely to accept the proposed bid, considering they need the funds to make future purchases in the current transfer window.

The club are currently in talks to sign Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen, but they are £20m short of meeting the £90m asking price.
