Mikel Arteta speaks on Ainsley Maitland-Niles' future

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said that the club will listen to offers for Ainsley Maitland-Niles, should the player want to pursue a fresh challenge away from the club.
The 22-year-old has made more than 100 appearances in the Gunners shirt, and the majority of those appearances have come from the full-back/wing-back positions,.
He was in-and-out of the starting lineup under Arteta during the backend of the campaign, but starred in their FA Cup title success with standout displays against Manchester City and Chelsea.
Of late, it has been revealed that Wolverhampton Wanderers have entered talks to sign him and they could be prepared to offer as much as £20m for his services.
The Gunners are reportedly open to the transfer of Maitland-Niles and Arteta has said that he won't block the player's exit in case of the desire to move on.
"I am always open to listening to what the player is feeling at every stage of their career and what I expect from them," He told via Arsenal.com.
"If there is something that doesn't work then we have to assess it with the player and the club and then find the right decision for both of them."
Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently in the process of selling Matt Doherty to Tottenham Hotspur and Maitland-Niles could act as a direct replacement in the right wing-back role.
