Chelsea are reportedly prepared to loan out Kepa Arrizabalaga during the January transfer window amid interest from Sevilla.

The Spain international has struggled during his two years at Stamford Bridge and he is now the second-choice goalkeeper behind Edouard Mendy.

Kepa was purchased from Athletic Bilbao for a record £71.6m fee for a goalkeeper, but the Blues are unlikely to recoup the sum through his sale.

Still, they are reluctant to cut their losses on the Spaniard and are instead willing to consider his temporary exit at the turn of the year.

According to Estadio Deportivo, Sevilla have expressed an interest in landing the former Bilbao star, but they are only keen on a loan deal.

Kepa could be permitted to leave the Blues for the Europa League holders as early as January after losing the faith of manager Frank Lampard.

Chelsea are currently eighth on the table with as many points. They are scheduled to face Manchester United on the road on Saturday.
