Manchester United express interest in French defender
Manchester United have reportedly registered their interest in signing Dayot Upamecano from RB Leipzig at the end of the season.
Upamecano was linked with a move to Old Trafford earlier this summer, but a deal never materialised as he had just signed a long-term contract.
Still, the speculation over his future has refused to go away and Bild claims that United have already placed interest in signing him next summer.
Upamecano's current deal has a £35m release clause which will become active at the end of the current campaign.
Aside from United, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester City are also said to hold an interest in his services.
Upamecano has openly admitted that he has been in contact with multiple clubs and he is likely to consider his options next summer.
Meanwhile, his teammate Ibrahima Konate could also be on the move next year. Arsenal are understood to be keeping tabs on him.
He has a release clause worth £45m on his contract.
